Como gu\u00eda local en M\u00e1laga, mi primera c\u00e1mara de fotos fue una compacta de muy baja calidad,\u00a0por supuesto de carrete porque estamos hablando de principio de los 90, con ella empec\u00e9 a tomar mis primeras im\u00e1genes que cambiaron de manera dr\u00e1sticas en el momento que cambi\u00e9 a una c\u00e1mara r\u00e9flex. Casualmente coincidi\u00f3 con la venta de un cat\u00e1logo de grandes fot\u00f3grafos que comenzaron a comercializarse semanalmente. Recuerdo aquellos tiempos de escasos dieciocho a\u00f1os donde rejuntaba algo de dinero esperando que llegara al quiosco mi ansiada revista.<\/p>

That window into the knowledge of the great masters opened my first steps towards photography. It wasn\u2019t long before I arrived at the School of Arts and Crafts in M\u00e1laga \u2014 the only place where I could continue developing what would later become my profession. It was probably the most creative period of my life, as I experimented with other artistic disciplines and worked alongside classmates who shared the same passions that would ultimately lead me to dedicate myself fully to photography.<\/p>

Those experiments meant that photography was never my only form of expression. I found in graphic design, interior decoration, and, finally, in theatre, the tools that have helped me continue growing on a professional level.<\/p>

A friend in M\u00e1laga<\/strong>brings together everything I feel connected to. On one hand, the creation of short videos in which I share \u2014 through both image and voice \u2014 those points of interest that captivate the viewer. It\u2019s very important for me to fulfil a need, as my greatest passion has always been travelling, immersing myself in other cultures, and exploring those corners known only to locals. This app showcases every aspect of what makes M\u00e1laga special \u2014 from its gastronomy, museums, and shops to its most picturesque spots that lie beyond the well-trodden tourist paths.<\/p>
